14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To withdraw from the contract, please contact us at:

Please include the following information in your email:
- order number,
- full name,
- email address used for the order,
- confirmation that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
The product must be returned undamaged, clean, complete, and preferably in its original packaging. The product must not show signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original order, unless we agree otherwise.
Refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless agreed otherwise.

Do not send the package using cash on delivery. Such packages will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at jan.chvosta4@seznam.cz.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the defect.
Complaints are processed within the legally required period, no later than 30 days from the date the complaint is submitted.
