These Terms of Service govern the use of the Vodňáček online store and the purchase of products through our e-shop.

Products Offered
Our e-shop offers products designed to make holding a child in the water more comfortable. The Vodňáček product serves as a practical aid for spending time in the water with a child.
The product does not replace adult supervision. A child must always remain under the constant supervision of a responsible adult. Use the product only in accordance with the instructions and always check that it is properly secured before use.
Orders and Conclusion of the Contract
You can place an order by adding the product to your cart, entering your contact and delivery details, and confirming the order.
By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
The purchase contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order.
Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Czech crowns. The price of each product is displayed on the relevant product page.
Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout. The order is processed after successful payment unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer in the order. The estimated delivery time is stated in our Shipping Policy.
The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

Complaints and Defective Products
If the product is defective, please contact us at jan.chvosta4@seznam.cz. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The product is intended as an aid when holding a child in the water. It is not a lifesaving device and does not replace swimming aids or direct supervision by a parent or another responsible adult.
The customer is responsible for using the product safely and only for its intended purpose.

We process your personal data only for the purposes of fulfilling orders, delivering products, communicating with customers, and complying with legal obligations.

Final Provisions
These Terms of Service are effective from 3 June 2026.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. The Terms applicable to the customer are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
